BACKGROUND
On 11/28/2023, Commissioners Court approved PO 11258 for the purchase of the lab safety supply testing kits for the Hidalgo County Health Facility Project (Bio Safety Lab). Fisher Scientific is requiring Hidalgo County to sign the agreement prior to sending the test kits due to the sensitivity of the pathogens, organisms, etc. In addition, Fisher Scientific is also requiring Hidalgo County to sign a license/acknowledgment form in order to purchase prescription medical devices.
