3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                                                                      for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Years 34, 35, & 36 (2021, 2022, & 2023) Hidalgo Flood Drainage Improvements project.

Project consists of continuation of funding for flood drainage improvements to include the upgrade and expansion of the storm sewer system and will also include the reconstruction of street to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenses will include professional engineering services, surveying, material testing fees, advertisements and related appurtenances.  Location: E, Azalea Ave. (From 11th St. to 15th St.), E.
