A. Approval to rescind action in relation to budget amendment/appropriation approved by Commissioners Court on October 3, 2023 (AI-92733) for the Constable Pct. 4 FY 2024 LBSP grant award.
B. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the Co. Auditor, in the amount of $73,000.00 and appropriation of the same.

BACKGROUND

At the time of award, the budget amendment/appropriation was inadvertently distributed incorrectly; therefore, as recommended by Auditor's Office-Grants Div., this agenda item is needed to correct the budget amendment/appropriation. FY 2024 grant term, 9.1.2023 to 8.31.2024.
