A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Texas Local Gov't Code 262.024 (a)(7)(A), items for which competition is precluded because of the existence of patents, copyrights, secret processes, or monopolies;
B. Acceptance and approval of the "Sole Source Declaration" for LETS A Law Enforcement Technologies Corporation for any and all patented software services to be utilized by HC, with said declaration to remain in effect while the declaration is in place or until revoked by HCCC;
C. Requesting approval to purchase LETS - FirstNet Throwphone Bundle for the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office from LETS A Law Enforcement Technologies Corporation, for the total amount of $5,895.00
