Requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with NM Contracting, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $738,206.35 utilizing CDBG Fiscal Years 31-35 (2018- 2022) La Joya Water/Sewer (Lift Station) Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on February 21, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was NM Contracting, LLC. Project consist of rehabilitation of a lift station for the City of La Joya. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project
engineer, contractor’s general liability insurance and HB-1295 forms. Project engineering firm is B2Z Engineering, LLC.
