1. Acceptance and approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the County of Hidalgo and the City of Sullivan City, Texas for a road reconstruction and improvement project to a portion of El Pinto Road from Bluebird Street to Tablero Road, extending approximately 3,276.78 total linear feet.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
As per ILA:2. City agrees to pay the lump sum amount upon execution of this Agreement, and before work commences, equal to all of the cost of materials and all other related appurtenances if funding is available. (See Exhibit B – Estimate).
3. In the event additional materials are needed to complete the Project, the County shall provide a cost estimate of the additional materials needed for approval by the City; additional materials will have to be paid before work on the Project continues.
4. County agrees to provide all labor and machinery necessary to perform the improvements to the Road.
5. City agrees to pay the lump sum amount, 30 days after completion of the Project, equal to all of the cost of labor. (See Exhibit B – Estimate).
