BACKGROUND
On April 2, 2024, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation, for Professional Engineering Services. See attached Contract, Exhibits, Work Authorization #1, Attachments, Certificate of Liability Insurance and HB 1295 forms.
