Discussion and consideration of approval to award and enter into a construction contract with Titan Industrial Construction LLC., the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $120,321.37
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 22, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Titan Industrial Construction LLC. Project consists of the purchase and installation of park equipment, to include but not limited to, construction of a volleyball court, construction of slabs for two shuffle board courts, and slab to accommodate concrete table games. Purchase and install the concrete tennis/ping pong table, concrete ladder games & support base, BYO bags and accessories, shuffle boards kits: skate board ramp and all related appurtenances, etc. Attached is the letter of recommendation by Izaguirre Engineering Group and contractor’s general liability insurance. UCP funds from Fiscal Year 2019 City of Granjeno and Fiscal Year 2022 Pct.3 Parks & Recreational Facilities Improvements Funds will be utilized; all subject to compliance with HB 1295.
