BACKGROUND
The D.A. State Supplement award in the amount of $22,500.00 from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts was approved to be accepted through agenda item #AI-92008 on August 22, 2023. Due to the Cost of Living adjustment implemented on January 1, 2024, expenditures have exceeded the awarded amount. Once approved, all exceeding expenditures will be reclassified to the DA general fund account.
