BACKGROUND
The Domestic Violence Unit award in the amount of $86,755.68 from the Office of the Governor was approved to be accepted through agenda item #AI-93034 on October 31, 2023. Due to the Cost of Living adjustment implemented on January 1, 2024, expenditures have exceeded the awarded amount. Once approved, all exceeding expenditures will be reclassified to the DA general fund account.
