A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements, under Texas Local Government Code, 262.024 (a)(4): a personal or professional service;
B. Requesting approval of an Agreement between HC and Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP for the collection of Delinquent Court Fines and Fees for Hidalgo County. 
C. Requesting approval of an Order regarding approval of Contingency Fee Contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP pursuant to Texas Government Code §2254.1036(b) and Notice provided to the public for legal services necessary to collect Delinquent Court Fines and Fees.

Contract term will have an initial term of three (3) years, commencing on 01/01/2025, with the county's option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
