There were two ranked "as qualified" vendors:
Valley Association for Independent Living (VAIL) -Sign Language interpreting services only;
A Sign Language Company: provides both sign language and equipment related services
Contract is effective January 01, 2007 through December 31, 2007 with Hidalgo County's option to extend the contract for one (1) additional year.
