Requesting approval of an Agreement with R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation, for: “Design and Professional Surveying Services” (on an as needed basis) for projects located within Hidalgo County.

The Homeowner Rehabilitation Program projects, upon occasion, require design and surveys for single family housing properties. Due to the potential of future projects for single family properties surveys, the Urban County Program Staff is requesting a two (2) years contract for said services. County Commissioner Court approved authority to negotiate a two (2) years professional engineering services contract with the No. 1 rank firm R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation for the provision of single housing property design and surveys on October 29, 2024.
