Requesting approval of a “Professional Consulting Service” contract with B2Z Engineering, LLC for the provision of Professional Consulting Services for the Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) CDBG- Colonia Fund- 2022 Planning Funds Project.

The Project consists of a comprehensive needs assessment of all identifiable Colonia communities within Hidalgo County to support future grant funding. This assessment will cover approximately 937 Colonia’s aiming to collect, organize, and analyze data to identify health, environmental, and economic challenges, and to provide a thorough evaluation of water and waste disposal systems, roads and other infrastructure.
