Resolution authorizing renewal of a Revolving Line of Credit with Lone Star National Bank of McAllen for the Urban County Program (UCP) with authority for the UCP to draw from such line of credit not to exceed $500,000.00.

Urban County Program is requesting approval to renew Hidalgo County Line of Credit #253774 which will mature on 2/6/2025.  The purpose of the Line of Credit is to provide funding for construction and general administration expenses prior to reimbursement from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Department of Rural Affairs and/or Texas General land Office.
