BACKGROUND
The CONNECT initiative, funded by the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), supports programs aimed at reducing the burden of colorectal cancer (CRC) in Texas. This funding opportunity is intended to support the development of new, evidence-based pathways and workflows that improve CRC screening, diagnostic testing, and navigation to treatment among underserved populations facing CRC disparities.
