Requesting approval to enter into a Service Agreement with the Department of Information Communications Technology Services Division (DIR-CTS) to establish a new account to provide connectivity through various transmissions with TEX-AN network for specific communications services including, but not limited to video, voice, routed data, internet and/or equipment, with the authority of the District General Manager or his designee to sign the agreement. (Subject to final legal review.)
BACKGROUND
Spectrum will be providing the fiber circuit at 1Gb for the Drainage District and Firewall Services.
