The purpose of the Agreement is for the inspection and approval of on-site sewage facility systems (OSSF).
BACKGROUND
The cities are in need of obtaining services for the inspection and approval of on-site facility systems (OSSF). This agreement includes a $75 re-inspection fee approved by CC in 2024. Hidalgo County Health & Human Services department has the expertise and equipment to provide certain permitting and inspection services to the cities.
