Requesting consideration of approval to award and enter into contract with A-One Insulation & RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $447,650.00 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.

The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation
Program by the County Commissioners’ Court.  Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County
Purchasing Department on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
 

1. (1) Unit in the Countywide area of Alton and (1) unit in the City of Edcouch in the total contract amount of $226,650.00 to A-One Insulation.
2. (2) Units in the City of Mercedes in the total amount of $221,000.00 to RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors.

 
Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
