1. Discussion, consideration and action approving the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers Special Operations Group, to use the Old Hidalgo County Courthouse building for Law Enforcement and First Responder Training Purposes

Approval to allow the use of the structure identified as the Old Hidalgo County Courthouse located on the property of 100 North Closner for Law Enforcement and First Responder Training Purposes and to designate the Hidalgo County Executive Office as the point of contact for Law Enforcement training requests at the Old Hidalgo County Courthouse; made in advance and approved only after the County receives necessary documentation.
