Discussion, consideration, and possible action to authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with Concho Valley Community Action Agency, Inc. for the use of Hidalgo County CSA equipment and personnel in support of disaster response efforts following Governor Greg Abbott's severe weather and flooding emergency declaration on July 5, 2025 within their service areas within affected Central Texas counties.
