Urban County - Diana Serna:
 
A.
Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 is requesting approval to extend the Interlocal Agreement with City of Palmview for the overlay of streets in the Tierra Linda Subdivision to February 26, 2010.  The original agreement expired December 30, 2009.  Due to increment weather and holidays, the project has not been completed.
 
B.
The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with L & G Engineering Laboratory, in the amount of $9,085.00 utilizing Year 22 (2009) funds for Material Testing Services for Mile 2 2/3 (also known as Saenz Street) a Street Improvements Project for the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 included in the Annual Workplan.
 
C.
Requesting authorization to extend fiscal year agreement with The Salvation Army -ESG Program YR 21- (2008) until March 31, 2010 and to amend the amounts allocated to essential services and maintenance and operations. Their agreement terminated Dec. 31, 2009.
 
D.
Urban County Program for Precinct No. 2 is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into Construction Contract with Garcia & Martinez Paving, Inc. (lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements) for the HUD CDBG-R flood drainage improvements to South Tower Estates located in Precinct 2 in the amount of $378,861.15 utilizing Year 22 (2009) flood drainage improvement funds.  The project consists of flood drainage improvements to the subdivision.
