NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion and action on an Order authorizing Resale of Foreclosed Real Estate Properties

A. Request approval of Payment Request No. 12 to Zachry Construction Corporation for the Construction of DHS 0-8 (3.13 miles).
B. Request approval to process manual checks to Zachry Construction Company for the above mentioned projects pending the approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

A. Requesting approval to accept Proposal and approval of Service Agreement with Milliman, Inc. to provide GASB 45 analysis requirements or services as requested to Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1.
B. Requesting approval to enter into an agreement with GK Services for "Uniform Service" through the District's membership with BuyBoard Contract No. 264-07.
