Pursuant to fuel policy, requesting approval to reimburse Jose N. Pena for the purchase of fuel for the County issued Right of Way Dept vehicle in the amount of $59.41 with authority for County Treasurer to issue payment/check after Auditors processing procedures are completed.
 
B.
Authorization for surveys, metes & bounds, title reports, appraisals, review appraisal, and acquisition of additional right of way for Eldora Road west of Cesar Chavez Road.
 
C.
Authorization for surveys, metes & bounds, title reports, appraisals, review appraisal, and acquisition of additional right of way for El Gato Road between Alamo and Tower Road
 
D.
Authorization for approval to reiterate the execution of the  Earnest Money Contract for Leocadia Trevino as previously approved by Commissioners Court on March 2, 2010.

Urban County - Diana Serna:
 
A.
Urban County Program, on behalf of Precinct No. 2, is requesting authority to purchase soccer field equipment for the South Tower Park through Hidalgo County's membership with BuyBoard, and approved vendor BSN Sports (Contract #261-07)  in the amount of $1,747.47 (quote attached hereto).  This project will utilize Precinct #2 UCP Year 22 (2009) Parks and Recreational Facility funds.
 
B.
Requesting authority to terminate Hidalgo County's 60-month lease for one color digital copier through Dahill Industries/GE Commercial Finance an awarded vendor through TASB Buyboard contract 231-05 in the amount of $426.00/month and a maintenance agreement of $530.00/month for two copiers.
 
C.
Requesting authority to enter into a 36-month lease through Hidalgo County's membership with TPASS for two digital copier printers through Xerox Corporation an awarded vendor through TPASS contract 985-L2 in the amount of $1,184.04/month lease payment including maintenance plan with consumables for two copiers.
 
D.
Discussion, consideration and possible action to recommend approval to amend Citizen Participation Plan to allow the following change:
Public Hearing advance Notice Requirement from 30 days to 15 days for CAPER.

Presentation, consideration, discussion, acceptance and approval of documentation submitted by the county contained a typographical error and the project described in the application is actually Colonia Esperanza No. 2. and whereas, it has become necessary to amend that contract, as approved by Texas Transportation Commission.

a.  Authority to advertise/publish a Request for Qualifications (an RFQ) with approval of procurement packet (i.e. requirements, legal notices & draft contract including a proposed five year initial term) as attached hereto for:  "Pathologist to Provide Turnkey Solution for Autopsy & Related Services-Hidalgo County"-RFQ No. 2010-002-00-00-otm; and, if applicable;

b.  Pursuant to terms and conditions of the current agreement between Hidalgo County and CTC, approval to issue notice to contractor of Hidalgo County WIC Program's intent to remove all documents from contractor's facility within the time table detailed in the agreement at no charge to WIC.

Armando Barrera, Jr., Hidalgo County Tax Assessor-Collector of the scoring grid in connection with the responses received for the purposes of ranking by Commissioners Court in order to proceed to the next phase of proposal process for: "Automated Tax Collection System for Hidalgo County Tax Office"- RFP No. 2010-037-02-10-otm;

b. Requesting authority for Purchasing Department or designee to enter into negotiations with the qualified/proposer in order to finalize a contract for consideration and award of an "Automated Tax Collection System" for Hidalgo County Tax Office.

a. Authorization to purchase through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with TASB/Buyboard's awarded vendor, Philpott Motors-Contract No. 281-07), Eight (8) New 2010 Ford Expeditions as described below:
