NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to the lowest bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No. 10-007-04-30 "Phase II Construction of Rehabilitation Improvements and Repairs for Various Weirs on Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1's Master Drainage System."
5.
Request approval of Budget Amendment from General Fund to fund Phase II Construction and Rehabilitation of District Weirs No. 1 and No. 6.
6.
Requesting approval to advertise for "Stone Rip Rap".
7.
Discussion and approval regarding construction of filling voids on South Main Drain Weir 2.
