NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Requesting review and approval to pay excess billing on Invoice No. R019995 from Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $2,712.67 for Construction Materials Testing services related to project no. DD-09-008-08-04-North San Juan Drainage Channel-Owassa Road Crossing.

A. Request approval to Reserve funds from the General Fund Balance, pending Department of Homeland Security (DHS) acceptance of expenditures as project cost.
B. Request approval of Supplemental Work Authorization No. 15 to Work Authorization No. 13 for Professional Services to Dannenbaum Engineering-McAllen relating to DHS 0-6BC (Hidalgo County Water Improvement District #3).
