NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Request approval of Payment Request No. 20 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-4A (3.87 miles).
B. Request approval of Payment Request No. 17 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-4C (0.44 miles).
C. Request approval to process manual checks to Ballenger Construction Company for the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).
D. Request approval of payment to Dannenbaum Engineering-McAllen for the Basic Services Interim Reconciliation of the following DHS Segments:
1. DHS 0-4A Invoice No. 4287XXD/31A/XV
2. DHS 0-4B Invoice No. 4287XXG/05/XV
3. DHS 0-4C Invoice No. 4287XXD/31B/XV

E. Request approval to process manual checks to Dannenbaum Engineering-McAllen for the above mentioned projects pending the Receipt of Grant Amendment and the approval of the County Auditor, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).
F. Request approval of Change Order No. 5 on the Contract with Longhorn Excavators, Inc. for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project -Inspiration Rd. to Abram Rd. (3.91 miles).
G. Request approval of the following Supplemental Work Authorizations related to Interim Reconciliation of Dannenbaum Engineering-McAllen Basic Engineering Services for the following Levee Only Projects:
