NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Requesting approval of Change Order No. 1 on the Contract with McAllen Construction as it relates to Phase II Rehabilitation and Repairs for Weirs on Main Floodwater Channel.

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 8 and No. 12 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-4C. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 18 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-5. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
C. Request approval of Change Order No. 41 on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 18 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-5. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
C. Request approval of Change Order No. 41 on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

Requesting approval to purchase GPS Units and Annual Monitoring through the District's membership with HGAC Buy Contract No.: SE05-10.
