NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Pursuant to the federal, state and county "Declarations of Emergency" due to Hurricane Dolly and it's aftermath and to Water Code, Chapter 49.274 Emergency Approval of District Projects, discussion, consideration and action, including, but not limited to the following:
A. Additional repairs for Weir #1 of Phase II Main Floodwater Channel.

Request approval of Pay Request No. 4 for McAllen Construction, Inc. for Project No. 09-25-12-17 Ph. 1 Construction Rehabilitation Improvements & Repairs for various weirs on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1.s MDS-North & South Main Drains.

Request approval of Pay Request No. 1 for McAllen Construction, Inc. for Project No. 10-007-04-30 Ph.2 Construction Rehabilitation Improvements & Repairs for various weirs on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1.s MDS-Main Floodwater Channel and North Main Drain.
8.
Request approval of Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 2 for Professional Engineering Services with Civil Systems Engineering, Inc. relating to Texas Water Development Board Grant.
