Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 is requesting authority to purchase Fire Station Equipment (bunker gear) for the Linn/San Manuel Volunteer Fire Department. Purchase will be made from Dooley Tackaberry, Inc. (contract #284-08) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with Buy Board. The total amount of bunker gear is $46,856.95 (quote attached hereto). as requested by the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 for the Linn/San Manuel Volunteer Fire Department utilizing UCP FY's 21 (2008) and 22 (2009) Fire Station/Equipment line item.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Dos Logistics, Inc. in the amount of $ 94,850.00 utilizing TDRA Disaster Relief funds for Flood Drainage Improvements for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1.
