1. Approval to accept settlement agreement with State Farm Insurance for $11,131.94 to settle auto accident with County vehicle. (Facilities Management Dept.)
2. Approval to authorize Judge Rene A. Ramirez to sign Power of Attorney form for title purposes to State Farm Insurance.

Requesting approval for loan extension of the Hidalgo County HOME loan between Edcouch Housing Development, L.P., a Texas Limited Partnership ("Borrower") and Hidalgo County Texas, acting through its Urban County Program, a Texas governmental entity ("Lender").

Ratify action of Commissioners' Court on 03/23/10 to accept the dedication of Cowboy Road and Guajolate Road thru roadway affidavits to be included in the Countywide Roadway System.

Enterprises, Inc. contracted vendor for, "Construction of Meeting Hall/Pavilion for Precinct No. 3" and as certified for payment by project architect, Alcocer Garcia Associates Design Consulting-C-08-406-01-28.

a. Requesting authority to reject unopened bids received (and to be returned to submitting vendors) for "Emergency Ambulance Services in Unincorporated Areas within Precinct 3" due to a modifications to current specifications as requested by Precinct 3;

Requesting ratification of first publication of new advertisement with authority to continue with publication of second ad including approval of modified/revised procurement packet (i.e. specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft Service Contract, etc.,) as attached hereto for: Hidalgo County - "Emergency Ambulance Services in Unincorporated Areas within Precinct 3".

b. Approval for County to exercise the holdover provision option, as provided in the current contract for: E-09-312-07-07-Lease Office Space-City of Edinburg-House a State District Court under the same terms and conditions with "Joe E Garcia" - Maxima Business Center, effective July 17, 2010.
