NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A. Requesting approval to exercise the District's option to renew Contract No. 09-011-09-15 "Auctioneer Services" for one (1) year under same rates, terms and conditions.
B. Requesting approval to exercise the District's option to renew RFQ No. 09-020-09-14 "Title Company Services Pool" for one (1) year under same rates, terms and conditions.
C. Requesting approval to purchase the following through the District's membership with BuyBoard. Contract No. 268-07 Godwin Pumps
1. One (1) 12" Godwin Dri-Prime DPC 300 Diesel Pump and Hoses.
B. Requesting approval to exercise the District's option to renew RFQ No. 09-020-09-14 "Title Company Services Pool" for one (1) year under same rates, terms and conditions.
C. Requesting approval to purchase the following through the District's membership with BuyBoard. Contract No. 268-07 Godwin Pumps
1. One (1) 12" Godwin Dri-Prime DPC 300 Diesel Pump and Hoses.
