(lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements) for a Parks, Recreational Facilities project located in the City of La Villa in the amount of $58,878.00 utilizing Year 22 & 23 (2009, 2010) Parks, Recreational Facilities funds. The project consists of the installation of a restroom (20' X 20' building) with water and sewer lines and a concrete walk way.
