NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Request approval of Budget Amendment to increase budget on DHS Segment 0-6BC to appropriate revenue received from Hidalgo County Water Improvement District #3 (HCWID#3) for their share of cost for project.

Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between The City Of San Juan, Hidalgo County and Hidalgo County Drainage District #1. (Drainage improvements to Raul Longoria Rd., Nolana Loop, Owassa Rd. and Cesar Chavez Rd)
6.
Request approval to accept bid and approval of contract to multiple vendors meeting all requirements and specifications for Bid No.: 10-008-09-01 "Hauling Services for Stone Rip Rap".

A. Request approval of Payment Request No. 18B to SER Construction Partners, LTD for the Construction of DHS 0-6BC (1.38 miles).
B. Request approval to process manual checks to SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the above mentioned project pending the approval of the County Auditor, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Payment Management (DPM).
