A.
Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Mercedes is requesting authority to purchase Public Services (General) Equipment for the public library through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with Buy Board, approved vendor Gaylord Bros., Inc. (contract #328-09) in the amount of $5,348.17 (quote attached hereto) to include fees and discounts as requested by the City of Mercedes for the Public Library. City of Mercedes UCP Year 23 (2010) Public Services (General) funds will be utilized along with City of Mercedes General Funds.

Rescind action taken by County Commissioners' Court on August 31, 2010 authorizing award of bid to Hugo De Leon d/b/a De Leon Construction for demolition and reconstruction of home for Maria Luisa G. Galan.
