NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

B. Request approval of Change Order No. 34 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-6A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
C. Request approval of Work Authorization No. 44 for professional engineering services related to Levee DHS 0-7A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

Request Approval of Reconciliation Change Order No. 3-for Project No. 10-007-04-30-Rehabilitation Improvements and Repairs of Various Weirs-Ph.2 on Main Floodwater Channel and North Main Drain, Hidalgo County , Texas.
