NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Roll Call

Approval of Consent Agenda
4.
Approval of 2010 Tax Roll Totals as per sec. 26.09(e) of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Requesting approval to exercise the District's option to renew the following contracts for sixty (60) days to prevent lapse in service during the bidding process:
A. Service Contract No.: 08-025-12-09 "Pit Run Caliche"
B. Service Contract No.: 09-024-11-24 "Gasoline On/Off Highway Diesel Fuel"
