1. (1) Unit in the City of Edcouch and one (1) unit in the City of San Juan in the amount of $103,200.00.
 
B.
The CDBG Disaster Recovery Program is requesting the award of bids and approval of contracts with the second lowest bidders (G & G Contractors) and (CRG Homes) for the demolition and reconstruction for the following families:

1. (1) Unit in the City of Edcouch (Marta Melgoza) in the amount of $50,440.00 to G & G Contractors.

2. (1) Unit in the City of San Juan (Edmundo Salazar) in the amount of $56,438.00 to CRG Homes.
 
C.
The CDBG Disaster Recovery Program is requesting the award of bids and approval of contracts for the demolition and reconstruction of the following:
1.  (1) Applicant in the County Wide, (1) City of Edcouch and (1) in the City of Donna in the amount of $146,030.00 to G&G Contractors.
 
D.
The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a Disbursement Agreement for the City of Penitas Street Improvements, Project No. 5008/09-60-0311-5000-6000 as requested by the Contractor who was awarded the project.

Discussion and Action to amend existing Interlocal Agreement by and between Hidalgo County, Weslaco Economic Corporation, City of Weslaco & Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 as it relates to drainage system improvements.

Approval of appointment of board member by Commissioner Oscar L. Garza to the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (RMA).

Approval to pay invoice/payment request from The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in the amount of $31,677.85 with authority for County Auditor to review and complete processing procedures and for County Treasurer to issue payment payable to The Guardian Life Insurance for Jan. 2008 Dental premium.
 
C.
Approval to pay Texas Association of Counties (TAC) the amount of $102,965.59 to comply with the one (1) year reserve requirement, with authority for the County Treasurer to issue payment/check after auditing procedures are completed.

a. CJD JAIBG Grant (fund 1286):
Approval to deobligate unused cash match funds for the CJD JAIBG grant (fund 1286) for FY 2010 and appropriate into Countywide Administration in the amount of $3,055.50.

b. TJPC-Z-2010 Grant (fund 1294):
Approval to deobligate unused cash match funds for the TJPC-Z-2010 grant (fund 1294) for FY 2010 and appropriate into Countywide Administration in the amount of $4,148.11.

Approval of 2010 budget appropriation of funds for DBM - Health Insurance Administration (2201) in the amount of $4,000.00 to fund a portion of the pending Alamo Insurance Group invoice.
