NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 30 and No. 31 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-4A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

A. Discussion and Possible Action to waive drainage review fee for the Proposed Vallejo Subdivision, as per Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court action.

B. Request approval to process checks to Dannenbaum Engineering-McAllen related to the above-mentioned invoices pending the audit process.
C. Request approval for Employee #018074 to withdraw funds from 457 plan due to hardship.
D. Request approval of Budget Amendment to account for the first payment of the Purchase Installment Agreement 2010-01 between the County and the District and to record the acquisition of heavy equipment. No Budgetary Impact.
