Urban County Program for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into construction contract with Saenz Utility Contractors, LTD. (lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements) for the HUD CDBG-R flood drainage improvements for a Pump Station in Faysville located in Precinct 4.  Amount shall include a base bid in the amount of $235,555.00 and add Alternate No. 1 in the amount of $117,989.00 utilizing Year 22 (2009) CDBG-R flood drainage improvement funds.  The project consists of flood drainage improvements within the subdivision with an outfall to the County's west main drainage ditch.
