NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Discussion and presentation on Right of Entry by Right of Way department as it relates to the Raymondville Drain.

A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A) (6) any land or right-of-way for the lease of premises for spoil storage located at West Side of Tower Rd north of Halls Acres Road, Alamo, Texas 78504.
B. Pursuant to Board approval on Item A, Request approval of Lease Agreement between Gary L. Jackson and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 for the Lease of premises for spoil storage as it relates to the Alamo Drain project.
