The total cost for the purchase and installation is $59,250.00 (quote attached hereto), to include shipping and handling, installation and discounts as requested by the City of Edcouch for the Edcouch Baseball Park utilizing UCP FY 22 (2009) Parks, Recreational Facilities line item.
B.
The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Edcouch is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $31,140.00 utilizing CDBG Year 23 (2010) for the City of Edcouch – Flood Drainage Improvements.
C.
Requesting approval of a Budget and Program Amendment for the City of La Villa's Year 22 (2009) Urban County Program work plan. The proposed amendment will increase the Water/Sewer line item by $13,011.00 and will delete the Youth Services line item/activity.
D.
Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Alton, is requesting authority to purchase Fire Station equipment for the Alton Volunteer Fire Department. Purchase will be made from Fleet Safety Equipment, Inc. (contract # 284-08) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with Buy Board. The total amount of the purchase is $7,062.32 (quote attached hereto), to include fees and discounts as requested by the City of Alton for the Fire Department utilizing UCP FY's 22 & 23 (2009 & 2010) Fire Station/Equipment line item.
E.
Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Alton is requesting authority to purchase Fire Station/Equipment (medium pressure pump) for the Fire Department. Purchase will be made from DACO (contract # FS12-09) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with H-GAC. The total amount of the fire station/equipment is $7,566.00 (quote attached) for the City of Alton Fire Department, utilizing FY 23 (2010) Fire Station/Equipment line item.
F.
Urban County Program on behalf of the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 is requesting approval to enter into a Surety Takeover Agreement with First Sealord Surety, Inc. a Pennsylvania corporation, Bond No. 10-012322-PP. The agreement will allow the completion of a HUD CDBG-R drainage improvements project (South Tower Estates) contract no. 5209-92-0309-5000-9200-UCP-ML2. Amount available under CDBG-R funding is $158,900.74.
G.
