Requesting approval to accept the attached Office of Border Health grant contract #2010-035483, Amendment 001A. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the contract end date to align with the end of of the federal project period per federal guidance. The original contract term of 08/01/2010 to 07/31/2012 is revised to 08/01/2010 to 07/31/2011.

Urban County - Diana Serna:
A.
Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with SAMES, Inc. aka Sam Engineering & Surveying, Inc., in the amount of $75,000.00, utilizing Urban County 2010 (Year 23) funds for engineering services for the City of Palmview's 7-Year Master Plan.
B.
Appointment and /or reappointment of three (3) Boards of Directors positions for the Hidalgo Willacy Housing Finance Corporation (HWHFC).
C.
Appointment and/or reappointment of Board of Directors for the Hidalgo County Housing Finance Corporation.
D.
Requesting authorization to amend the contract with The Salvation Army and the Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The amendment would reduce the total contract by $310,887.21 awarded for the Homeless Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP). Amount available for use by The Salvation Army is $99,913.67.
E.
The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated Engineering Service contract with Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $35,610.00 utilizing Year 23 (2010) funds for a Water/Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Weslaco.
