2. Approval to down grade current cellular phone plan from the Business Advantage Messaging and Data 900 ($69.29) to the Business Advantage Messaging and Data 450 ($53.89). Changes will apply to four of the five lines.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Dannenbaum Engineering Company - McAllen, LLC in the amount of $55,448.43 or 10% of the lowest reponsive bid amount, whichever is less; utilizing Year 21 (2008) Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 (Elsa) funds for professional architectural services for the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements at the Elsa Mario Leal Park.
