NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. 2. Approval of payment to Tropical Texas Behavioral Health for FY 2011 county allocation match in the amount of $159,333.00 for physicians emergency crisis services - DSHS Contract #2011-03313.002 with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by County Auditor
 
D.
Palmer Drug Abuse Program: 
1. Approval to enter into a services agreement between Hidalgo County and Palmer Drug Abuse Program-McAllen, Inc. (PDAP) to provide substance abuse counseling and education services. 
2. Approval of 2011 appropriation of funds for the Drug Abuse Prevention & Rehabilitation fund (1224) in the amount of $2,199.00 to fund the payment to Palmer Drug Abuse Program-McAllen, Inc.
3. Approval to make payment in accordance with services agreement between Hidalgo County and Palmer Drug Abuse Program-McAllen, Inc. in the amount of $2,199.00 with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor

Approval to accept a settlement check from Gallagher Bassett Insurance Company in the amount of $929.22 for auto accident with County vehicle. (Const P3)

Approval to accept a claim settlement check from Chubb Group Insurance Company in the amount of $10,089.41 for damages sustained by water leak at county building. (Precinct 3)
