Reimbursement is being requested due to Sheriff Trevino and Deputy Solis both paying for the cost of fuel from their own pocket after Comdata cards were declined at pump.

1. Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval to accept and utilize military weapons. Military weapons- thirty (30) Rifles 7.62 Milimet from the Texas 1033/1122 Program.

Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval of a "Correction" to an agenda item previously approved by CC on 4/5/11 for the authority to purchase "Fire Equipment" through Hidalgo County's membership and participation through Buy Board (Texas Association of School Boards) with approved vendor Dooley Tackaberry (contract # 284-08) in the amount of $32,838.05 for the City of La Joya, UCP Year 21, and to reflect the correct contract # 363-10.  Dooley Tackaberry's contract # 284-08 expired on 3/31/11 and contract # 363-10 was implemented on 4/1/11.

Presentation and approval of a Proclamation declaring April 25th through April 30, 2011 as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Week.

Urban County Program is requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Alamo, Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).  The program amendment will include three (3) new streets for improvements.

b.  Action for Hidalgo County to opt to exercise the thirty (30) days' written Notice of Termination to Estrada-Hinojosa & Company as provided in the Letter of Engagement (more specifically under page 4-section VI) and thus agree that only  services provided and expenses incurred to the date of termination will be due and payable.

Acceptance and approval to award proposal (solicited due to the concerns detailed herein) from job order contractor, Alpha Building Corp.  (awarded JOC through HCDE-Choice Facility Partners) in the amount of  $ 11,255.83 (including the issuance of Purchase Order #656541)  in order to address urgent and necessary solution for wind damages sustained that created an emergency circumstance under 262.024 (a)(1)(2) for the  "Repair to North San Juan CRC Building Wall" meeting all specifications, as attached hereto, and pending issuance of notice to proceed  (Project #2011-125-04-19-OGG).
