NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion, consideration and action authorizing the County Auditor and County Treasurer to process and issue payments for any emergency items (utilities, travel, vendor payments, etc.) for the period of April 26-29, 2011 with a check register to be presented at the next scheduled Commissioners' Court meeting
