NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A 238.65 TRACT OF LANDOUT OF TRACTS 153 AND 154, SAN SALVADOR DEL TULE GRANT, HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 10, PAGES 58-60, MAP RECORDS, HIDLAGO COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ACCORDING TO DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 1531, PAGE 176, DEED RECORDS HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS
for the purpose of running dog tracks with identification of those staff that administer the M. Segovia Unit Kennels:
Sgt. Gilbert Vilano-Officer David Carreon-Officer Don McAnear with the term of the agreement commencing upon upon approval and execution and terminate upon written notice by County to TDCJ of cancellation of agreement.
