Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion regarding a Comprehensive Drainage Plan.

Discussion regarding precinct drainage facilities as it relates to transfer of Pct. #4 Drainage Facilities to the Hidalgo County Drainage District #1.
