NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion, consideration and approval to prepay the outstanding principle balance of Installment Agreement 2010-01 between the County of Hidalgo and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. One.

Discussion and possible action on a Resolution authorizing the Resale of Foreclosed Real Estate Properties for failure to pay ad valorem taxes.
6.
Discussion and action on acquisition of land from Hidalgo County by HCDD1 for District use.
